New Blog...

Well, blogger friends....

I'm sad to say I'm leaving the blogger world. I've become a traitor and moved into WordPress. It just fits me better. My style. My format. You can still subscribe to the new one or add it to your reading list if you want to keep up with us!

Marty and I will both be blogging on it, recording our life together. I'm excited!

Here's the link: http://summers3.wordpress.com/

You can subscribe easily by just entering your email address in the little box on the top right and you'll get an email every time I update. Or you can put it on your blogger list. Love you all, I'll still be reading!

The pool.

Remember that time we bought that little pool and spent 3 hours getting it ready and about 40 minutes enjoying it?

On Memorial Day we had a few hours to kill so we decided to buy us a little kiddie pool just to lay around in so we could get some kind of sun. So off to Wal-Mart we went and bought a $20 pool and $5 pump. Sounded great at the time.

Then we came home...

And Marty pumped. And pumped. And pumped. Let me just say... that little pump was NOT made for this pool. After (literally) over an hour of him constantly pumping that thing, changing positions, taking breaks, and literally sweating to death, he finally got it aired up.

And then we had to fill it up with water. Which took (literally) an hour and a half again. And this was all we got.

But hey, we made memories! And Wal-Mart let us return the pool and pump the next day! Ha.
